Daily dosage

1 tablet contains:
Vitamin B1  1,1 mg
Vitamin B2  1,4 mg
Niacin (B3)   16 mg
Pantothenic acid (B5) 6,0 mg
Vitamin B6  1,4 mg
Folic acid 200 µg
Vitamin B12 2,5 µg
Biotin 50 µg

Dosage

1 tablet per day. Food supplements should not be used as substitute for a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.

Free from lactose, yeast, sweeteners and gluten. Vegan.
