Ingredients

Anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose, Maize starch, Chaste tree fruit extract preparation (Vitex agnus-castus), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5′-phosphate), Lubricant magnesium salts of fatty acids

Daily dosage

Daily dosage 1 tablet contains:
Chaste tree fruit extract preparation   20 mg
of which
Aucubin 120 µg
Agnuside 100 µg
Vitamin B6 1,4 mg

Dosage

For adults 1 tablet in the morning with plenty of liquid and with food. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not recommended together with hormonal medication or for anyone with a history of or current cancer. It is recommended to discontinue use during menstruation. Check compatibility with any prescription medicines you are taking. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Free from lactose, yeast, gluten and sweeteners. Vegan.

  • Pyridoxal-5’-phosphate is the biologically active coenzyme form of vitamin B6, which is readily available for use by the body.
