Dosage

1-2 capsules per day with fluid on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before meals. Not recommended during pregnancy, nursing or for adolescents.

Physiological effects

  • NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a biologically active, reduced form of vitamin B3 that can be utilized mor efficiently by the body than other forms of vitamin B3.
  • NADH has an important role in e.g. in fatty acid metabolism and is also involved in the body’s citric acid cycle and the burning of sugars and fats.
  • NADH is needed for cellular energy production. It acts in several stages of the citric acid cycle as a so-called electron transfer. Citric acid cycle is one of the stages of cellular respiration. In cellular respiration, the energy of nutrients is converted into chemical energy, adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is a form of energy used by our cells.
  • NADH is an unstable compound when exposed to light and oxygen. The patented microencapsulation method of Panmol NADH micro ensures good shelf life and efficacy of the compound. The product is also enteric-coated, ie it passes through the stomach without breaking down and is only released in the intestine to be effectively absorbed.
