Ingredients

Anticaking agents microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and croscarmellose sodium, L-Tryptophan, Magnesium (magnesium oxide), Lubricant magnesium salts of fatty acids, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)

Daily dosage

1-2 tablets contain:
L-Tryptophan 260-520 mg
Magnesium 100–200 mg
Vitamin B6 5–10 mg

Dosage

For adults 1-2 tablets per day with water on an empty stomach half an hour before bedtime or at night time when waking up. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or to be used together with sleeping medication or antidepressants. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Free from lactose, yeast, sweeteners and gluten. Vegan.
