Daily dosage

1 tablet contains:
Vitamin C 500 mg
Flavonoids 12 mg

Dosage

1 chewable tablet per day. The tablets can be chewed or sucked. Excessive use may have laxative effects. Food supplements should not be used as substitute for a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.

Free from lactose, yeast and gluten. Vegan.
