Daily dosage 1 capsule contains:
Lactoferrin 177 mg
Iron 14 mg
Vitamin C  80 mg

Dosage

1 capsule per day with liquid. Not suitable for people with milk allergies. Food supplements should not be used as substitute for a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.

Additional information

  • Lactoferrin is a glycoprotein, i.e. it has a sugar part in addition to the protein. Lactoferrin is a natural ingredient of milk and it is isolated from milk using a special separation technology.
  • Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin as well as oxygen transport in the body and the normal functioning of the immune system.
  • Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that acts as a key antioxidant in the body, protecting cells from harmful oxidation by free radicals. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and promotes the normal functioning of the immune system and nervous system, as well as normal psychological functions and energy metabolism.
