Ingredients

Anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide, Ubiquinone (ubidecarone), Gelatine (capsule shell, bovine), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, Lubricant magnesium salts of fatty acids, Cyanocobalamin, Thiamin mononitrate, Riboflavin, Colour iron oxide (capsule shell)

Daily dosage

1 capsule contains:
Ubiquinone 100 mg
Vitamin E 10 mg
Vitamin B1 1,4 mg
Vitamin B2 1,6 mg
Vitamin B12 3 µg

Dosage

1 capsule per day with a meal. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Free from lactose, sweeteners, gluten and yeast.
