• Magnesia Neurocaps + B12 capsules contain a unique combination of ATA Mg^® magnesium compound and bioactive vitamin B12.

• Magnesium taurine is a magnesium chelate of the amino acid taurine. Taurine is abundant in meat, fish, shellfish, and mushrooms. It is not found in plants, with the exception of some beans and nuts. In addition, the body produces some taurine itself.
• ATA Mg® magnesium acetyl taurinate is highly absorbable. It is acetylated, which enhances absorption, promoting the entry of magnesium into cells, especially the central nervous system.
• Magnesium acetyl taurinate is organic magnesium and is also called “the brain magnesium”.
• Vitamin B12 contributes to:
  – normal functioning of the nervous system, psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
