Dosage

For adults, 1-2 capsules if needed with a meal, up to 6 capsules a day. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, children or people who have reduced blood clotting due to medication or illness. It is recommended to stop use before surgery.

Free from lactose, yeast, sweeteners and gluten. Vegan.

Physiological effects
