Omega-7 fatty acids 590 mg
– palmitolenic acid 500 mg
– vaccenic acid 90 mg
Oleic acid (omega-9) 680 mg
Linolic acid (omega-6) 100 mg
Alpha linolenic acid (omega-3) 100 mg

Dosage

2 capsules 2 times per day. Not recommended for people with decreased blood coagulation. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
