Instructions for use

Oregano oil can be used externally for scalp problems, strained muscles, sun-exposed skin, as well as for nails.

Always dilute before use.

Avoid getting the essential oil into the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Shake before use.

Oregano oil is a natural substance that has physiological effects on the whole body when used externally. The main active compound in essential oregano oil derived from oregano (Origanum vulgare) is carvacrol, which makes up approximately 80% of the oregano oil used in Candimin®.

Oregano oil can be used externally for scalp problems, strained muscles, sun-exposed skin, as well as for nails.

  • Scalp area: When used for scalp issues such as dandruff, mix 1 drop into shampoo and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing.
  • Oral disinfection, teeth, and gums: Apply 1 drop to a toothbrush instead of toothpaste.
  • Body wash: Mix 1 drop into liquid soap.
  • For strained muscles: Mix 1–3 drops into a small amount of moisturizer, for example, and massage into the treated area.
  • Topical use for skin and nails: Dilute 1 drop in a small amount of water or cream and massage into the treated area 2–3 times a day.
  • Wound disinfection: Apply 1 drop to the wound.
  • Sun-exposed skin: Mix 1 drop into a moisturizer and apply to the skin 2–3 times a day.
