Collagen 5 000 mg
5 tablets per day, dosage can be increased to 10 tablets when needed. Tablets can either swallowed as whole with liquid, or cut in half, chewed smaller or minced and mixed with food. For good results, it is recommended to take 5 – 10 tablets per day during 4-8 weeks. For best results, it is recommended to take tablets continuously for 12 weeks. The product is suitable for continuous use.
