Anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose, Vitamin K2 (menaquinone), Corn starch, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from lichen), Lubricant magnesium salts of fatty acids

Daily dosage

Daily dosage 1 tablet contains:
Vitamin K2  200 µg
Vitamin D3 10 µg

Dosage

1 tablet per day, for adults. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as the product has not been studied in these specific groups. Not recommended for use with warfarin medication. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Free from lactose, yeast, gluten and sweeteners. Vegan.

Produced in Finland.

  • We get vitamin K from vegetables and from the activity of gut bacteria. The vitamin K found in vegetables is vitamin K1, also known as phylloquinone. Gut bacteria produce vitamin K2, known as menaquinone.
