– palmitolenic acid 600 mg
– vaccenic acid 182 mg
Oleic acid (omega-9) 336 mg
Linolic acid (omega-6) 146 mg
Alpha linolenic acid (omega-3) 24 mg

Dosage

2 capsules 2 times a day, for adults and children over 12 years. Not recommended for people with decreased blood coagulation. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
