Ingredients

Fructo-oligosaccharide, L-Tryptophan, Magnesium oxide, Disintegrants hydroxypropylcellulose and croscarmellose sodium, Emulsifier magnesium salts of fatty acids, Pyridoxine hydrochloride

Daily dosage

1-2 tablets contain:
L-Tryptophan 260-520 mg
Magnesium 100–200 mg
Vitamin B6 5–10 mg

Dosage

For adults 1-2 tablets per day with water on an empty stomach half an hour before bedtime or at night time when waking up. Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation, or to be used together with sleeping medication or antidepressants. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Free from lactose, yeast, sweeteners and gluten. Vegan.
