Daily dosage

Daily dosage 2-6 tablets contains:
Oyster mushroom powder 300 – 900 mg

Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years: 4-6 tablets per day
7-12 years: 3 tablets per day
2-6 years: 2 tablets per day

The tasty tablets can be chewed before swallowing or, if necessary, crushed or ground and mixed with food or, for example, yoghurt. Excessive use may have laxative effects.

For children, the above dosage is recommended for 4-6 weeks, followed by a 2-week break and, if necessary, a new course of 4-6 weeks. Actual overdose is unknown.

Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Free from lactose, gluten and yeast. Vegan.
