Ingredients

Iron citrate, Iron fumarate, Iron sulphate, Anti-caking agents hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide, L-ascorbic acid, Emulsifier magnesium salts of fatty acids

Daily dosage

1 tablet contains:
Iron (Fe2+) 100 mg
Vitamin C 80 mg

 

Dosage

1 tablet per day, swallow whole with plenty of liquid. Avoid taking the tablet at the same time as tea, coffee, dairy products or calcium supplements, as they slow down the absorption of iron. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Free from lactose, sweeteners, gluten and yeast. Vegan.

Storage: At room temperature (15-25 °C), tightly closed and protected from sunlight and moisture.
