The recommended daily dose for an adult contains:

Normal daily dosage 1 tablet contains:
Zinc 10 mg

Maximum daily dosage 8 tablets contains:
Zinc 80 mg

Dosage

1-8 tablets per day for adults. Suck one tablet in every two hours, let the tablet melt slowly in the mouth. Consume the maximum daily dosage 8 tablets up to 14 days only. The maximum daily dosage is not recommended for children or the elderly, or during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
