Daily dosage

The recommended daily dose for an adult contains:

Normal daily dosage 1 tablet
Zinc 15 mg

Maximum daily dosage 6 tablets
Zinc 90 mg

Dosage

1-6 tablets per day, for adults. Suck one tablet in every two hours, let the tablet melt slowly in the mouth. Consume the maximum daily dosage 6 tablets up to 14 days only. The maximum daily dosage is not recommended for children or during pregnancy or breast-feeding. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
