Ingredients

Ubiquinone (ubidecarone), Anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide, Gelatin (capsule shell, bovine), DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (from soya), Emulsifier magnesium salts of fatty acids, Cyanocobalamin, Thiamine mononitrate, Riboflavin, Colour iron oxide (capsule shell)

Daily dosage

1 capsule contains:
Ubiquinone 150 mg
Vitamin E 10 mg
Vitamin B1 1,4 mg
Vitamin B2 1,6 mg
Vitamin B12 3 µg

Dosage

1 capsule per day with a meal, for adults. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
