Anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium amino acid chelate (bisglycinate), Magnesium citrate, Magnesium oxide, Emulsifier magnesium salts of fatty acids, Nicotinamide, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Thiamin mononitrate

Daily dosage

4 tablets contain:
Magnesium 350 mg
Vitamin B3 18 mg
Vitamin B6 2,2 mg
Vitamin B1 1,4 mg

Dosage

4 tablets per day, for adults. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. The product’s high magnesium content may cause laxative effects.

Lactose free, yeast free, unsweetened, gluten free and vegan.
