Cold-pressed wheat germ oil, D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate

Daily dosage

5 ml contains:
Cold-pressed wheat germ oil with
linoleic acid 2,7 g,
alpha-linolenic acid 400 mg
D-alpha tocopherol i.e. natural vitamin E 10 mg

Dosage

1 teaspoonful (= 5 ml) per day. Store in a cool place, protected from sunlight, opened bottle in a refrigerator.

  • Wheat germ oil is an excellent source of natural vitamin E and the polyunsaturated, essential fatty acids that the body needs on a daily basis.
  • Wheat germ oil contains plenty of linoleic acid, which is an omega-6 fatty acid, and alpha-linolenic acid, which is an omega-3 fatty acid.
  • Vitamin E is an important antioxidant. It prevents polyunsaturated fatty acids from oxidizing in cells and thus protects cells from damage caused by free oxygen radicals.
