Ingredients

Anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose, Corn starch, Collasil^® OSA as a complex of silicic acid (gel) and hydrolyzed fish collagen, Surface finishing agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, D-biotin

Daily dosage

Daily dosage 1-3 tablets contains:
Collasil^® OSA silicic acid 100 – 300 mg
Biotin 50 – 150 µg

Dosage

1-3 tablets per day. The daily dose can be increased to 6 tablets per day, if needed. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Evonia^® Super Silica contains Collasil^® OSA silicic acid preparation, in which silicon is in the form of water-soluble silicic acid, i.e. orthosilicic acid, in a biologically active form bound by hydrogen bonds to amino acids obtained from fish collagen.
Silicon is the second most common element in the earth’s crust. Silicon is found in plant products, and its best sources are whole grains, root vegetables and vegetables in general. In humans, silicon occurs in bones, blood vessel walls and skin.
Biotin has several important functions in the body. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes to normal protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism.
