Daily dosage

2-4 tablets contain:
Maritime pine bark extract 80–160 mg

Dosage

For the first week, 2 tablets twice a day, then 2 tablets once a day. Suitable for regular use. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
