Daily dosage

5- 15 drops:
Propolis extract 0,2–0,6 ml which equals 24–72 mg of propolis

Extracts ethanol content approx. 60 % vol-%

Dosage

Dosage for adults:

Externally:
Some drops on skin when needed.

Internally:
5 drops (0,2 ml) with water 1–3 times per day with liquid. The daily dosage should not be exceeded. Keep away from children. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Protect from sunlight. Shake well before use.
