Calcium citrate, Anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulose and carboxymethyl cellulose, Surface finishing agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, Cholecalciferol

Daily dosage

2-4 tablets contains:
Calcium 400-800 mg
Vitamin D3 5-10 µg

2–4 tablets per day. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Additional information

  • Dietary calcium is mainly obtained from dairy products such as milk, cheese and yogurt.
  • The daily calcium requirement is on average 800 mg, but it varies in different age groups and also according to gender.
