Ingredients

Colartix collagen cartilage matrix (porcine, contains collagen peptides of types 1,2 and 3)*, Anti-caking agent croscarmellose sodium, Emulsifier magnesium salts of fatty acids

Daily dosage

Daily dosage 2-4 tabl. contains:
Collagen      1000 – 2000 mg

Dosage

2 tablets per day, the dosage can be increased to 4 tablets per day if necessary. The best effect is obtained when the dosage is 4 tablets for the first month, and then the maintenance dose is 2 tablets per day. The tablets can be swallowed whole with liquid or, if necessary, halved, chewed into smaller pieces or ground and mixed with food. The product is intended for adults over 18 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Hydrolyzed cartilage consists of collagen peptides and chondroitin sulphate, do not use it with other nutritional supplements containing chondroitin sulphate.
