Daily dosage

1 tablet contains:
Milk thistle seed extract 200 mg
containing silymarin 160 mg

Dosage

1 tablet per day, for adults in a 2-month course. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, or for use with blood thinners or if you are allergic to compositae plants. The tablets are recommended to be taken as a 2-month course. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

• Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) from the Mediterranean is a beautiful plant with purple inflorescences. It belongs to the Asteraceae family of compositae plants. Previously, the Latin name for the Milk thistle was Carduus marianus.
• One Liverin tablet contains 200 mg milk thistle seed extract, of which 160 mg is silymarin. 200 mg of the milk thistle seed extract equals to 5000 mg of dried milk thistle seeds.
