Magnesium oxide, Inulin, Anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulose and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, Nicotinamide, Emulsifier magnesium salts of fatty acids, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Thiamine mononitrate

Daily dosage

1 tablet contains:
Magnesium 350 mg
Inulin 242 mg
Niacin (B3) 18 mg
Vitamin B6 2,2 mg
Vitamin B1 1,4 mg

Dosage

1 tablet per day, for adults. The tablet can be swallowed or chewed. Product’s high magnesium content and excessive use may cause laxative effects. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
