Ethyl esterified fish oil concentrate, Gelatine* (bovine), Humectant glycerol*, Antioxidant tocopherol extract (from soya)

Daily dosage

1–2 capsules contain:
Ethyl esterified fish oil 1000-2000 mg
Omega-3 fatty acids 800–1600 mg
E-EPA 500–1000 mg
E-DHA 250-500 mg

Dosage

1-2 capsules per day, for adults. Not recommended for people whose blood clotting is impaired for some reason. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Free from lactose, gluten, yeast and sweeteners.

Storage: At room temperature (15-25 °C), tightly closed and protected from sunlight and moisture.

Additional information

  • Fish oil contains particularly high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which have many beneficial health effects, including for the heart, brain, and eyes.

  • Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated, essential fatty acids.

  • EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are important, among other things, for heart health. DHA is especially important for the brain and eyes. Together with EPA, it also has a beneficial effect on blood triglyceride levels.

  • EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect for the heart is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA.

  • DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.

  • A beneficial effect on blood triglyceride levels is achieved with a daily intake of at least 2 g of EPA and DHA.

  • Strong Vitamar 1000 capsules contain ethyl esterified fish oil and a high amount of omega-3 fatty acids, including 500 mg of E-EPA and 250 mg of E-DHA.

  • Not recommended for individuals with impaired blood clotting.
