Dosage

2-4 capsules per day, for adults. The capsule can be opened and the contents used as is or mixed with food. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or if you have an autoimmune disease. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
