Daily dosage

1-2 tablets contains:
Vitamin K2 100-200 µg
Vitamin D3 25-50 µg
Calcium 200-400 mg

  • Calcia® Luusto Tripla tablets contain well-absorbed VitaMK7® menaquinone, i.e. vitamin K2, plant-derived vitamin D3 from lichen and natural AquaminTM calcium carbonate from Lithothamnion calcaereum The product does not contain any ingredients of animal origin, so it is also suitable for vegans.
  • We get vitamin K from vegetables and as a result of the action of intestinal bacteria. Vitamin K in plants is vitamin K1 or phylloquinone. Intestinal bacteria produce vitamin K2, i.e. menaquinone. Natural VitaMK7® menaquinone is produced by fermentation and no chemical substances are used in its manufacturing process.
  • Regulation of blood coagulation is not the only function of vitamin K: vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
  • Vitamin D maintains immunity, enhances calcium absorption, maintains calcium balance and is important for bones, teeth and muscles.
  • Calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
  • Clinically tested, natural plant-based Aquamin™ calcium carbonate comes from the Lithothamnion calcaereum seaweed that grows in the clear waters of Iceland. It contains 72 different minerals, in addition to calcium, e.g. magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, boron, manganese and molybdenum. Lime is collected from the waters of south-west and north-west Iceland and only dead, calcified algae is collected. In this way, the collection is on an ecologically sustainable basis.
