Daily dosage

Daily dosage 1 gummy contains:
Vitamin D3   10 µg

Dosage

1 gummy per day for children over 3 years. Advise the child to chew the gummy carefully. Food supplements should not be used as substitute for a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.

Free from lactose, gluten and yeast.

Storage: At room temperature (15-25 °C), tightly closed and protected from sunlight and moisture.

  • Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and is important for bones, teeth, muscles, mood and hormonal functions. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and is needed for children’s normal growth and bone development.
  • Adequate intake of vitamin D should be taken care of throughout life. The recommended intake of vitamin D in Finland is 7,5 micrograms/day for 2-17-year-olds, 10 micrograms/day for 18-74-year-olds and 20 micrograms/day for over 75-year-olds. For pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, a vitamin D preparation of 10 micrograms/day is recommended all year round.
  • Vitamin D supplements are recommended all year round, especially for children, young people, the elderly and pregnant women. Almost everyone is recommended vitamin D as a dietary supplement, especially during the dark season (October-March).
