Ferrous bisglycinate, Plant-based capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Ascorbic acid, Surface finishing agent magnesium salts of fatty acids

Daily dosage

Daily dosage 1 capsule contains:
Iron     80 mg
Vitamin C    80 mg

Dosage

1 capsule per day. Avoid taking at the same time as tea, coffee, dairy products or calcium preparations, as they slow down the absorption of iron. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
