Anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulosa and silicon dioxide, Acerola cherry juice powder, Iron (ferrous fumarate), Zinc (zinc citrate), Black currant powder, Lubricant magnesium salts of fatty acids, Copper (copper citrate)

Daily dosage

1 tablet contains:
Vitamin C 20 mg
Iron 18 mg
Zinc 5 mg
Copper 1 mg

Dosage

1 tablet per day, for adults. Swallow the tablet whole. Food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
