1 tablet contains:
Vitamin C 20 mg
Iron 18 mg
Zinc 5 mg
Copper 1 mg

Dosage

1 tablet per day. Swallow the tablet whole. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
