Daily dosage

Daily dosage 15 ml contains:
Iron 50 mg
Vitamin C 75 mg
Vitamin B12 2,5 µg
Vitamin B2 1,4 mg
Vitamin B6 1,4 mg
Vitamin B1 1,1 mg
Folic acid 200 µg

 

 

Dosage

15 ml per day before meals. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after use, as iron preparation may cause teeth staining. Store unopened bottle at room temperature, opened bottle in the refrigerator for 2 months. Food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced died or a healthy lifestyle.

  • Iron (Fe) is an essential mineral that promotes the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
  • Ferroforte B® + C contains iron in a highly absorbable bisglycinate form, herbs as well as five vitamins and vitamin C.
  • B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins that are important for many basic functions of the body and are needed every day. Thiamine (B1) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and nervous system function. Riboflavin (B2) contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells and pyridoxine (B6) contributes to their formation. Vitamin B12 has a role in the process of cell division, contributes to normal red blood cell formation and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Sufficient folic acid intake is especially important for pregnant women, as it promotes tissue growth during pregnancy. Folic acid also contributes to normal blood formation.
  • Vitamin C is an antioxidant, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It supports normal immunity and iron absorption as well as collagen formation.
