Daily dosage

15 ml contains:
Iron   18 mg
Vitamin C   24 mg
Vitamin B2   1,4 mg
Vitamin B6   1,4 mg
Vitamin B1   1,1 mg

Dosage

15 ml daily before meals. Store unopened bottle at room temperature, open bottle in the refrigerator for 2 months. Food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
