  • Vitatabs® NaturE 100 mg is a strong and versatile vitamin E supplement. It contains all eight forms of vitamin E: natural tocopherols and tocotrienols with wheat germ oil.
  • Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin with a maximum safe daily intake of 300 mg set by EFSA.
  • Vitamin E is an important antioxidant that protects cells from oxidative stress, giving the body vitality and youth. Vitamin E is also known as a beauty vitamin. In the diet, vitamin E is found in vegetable oils, seeds, whole grains and wheat germ.
  • Vitamin E is made up of eight different compounds. It is a set of tocopherols and tocotrienols, four of each: alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. Alpha-tocopherol has the highest vitamin E activity. In practice, tocotrienols have little vitamin E activity, but they are important antioxidants in the body. Each tocopherol and tocotrienol has an important role to play, for example in protecting the body from oxidative stress.
